Content Removal Policy

How to raise a concern about material that resembles a real person.

Concerns About a Real Person's Likeness

Soulkyn's removal policy addresses AI-generated material that unintentionally resembles a real person. Someone who believes material resembles them or another person may ask support to review it. The AI-generated label does not prevent a resemblance complaint from being considered.

Making Contact

Use the contact information and identify the nature of your concern. Identify the material clearly enough for support to understand your request.

Verification and Removal

Support may request evidence of identity or the requester's relationship to the person depicted. After verifying and accepting a valid request, the policy provides for removal of the specified material. It describes prompt handling but does not set a fixed number of days.

Handling Request Information

The policy describes removal requests as confidential. It says personal information and request details are not disclosed to third parties without express consent unless disclosure is required by law. This is a policy commitment, not an assurance that legal exceptions cannot arise.

Different Requests Use Different Procedures

Copyright concerns follow the separate DMCA policy. A notice needs a signature, identification of the work and disputed material, contact details, a good-faith statement and an accuracy-and-authority declaration under penalty of perjury. The policy requests email delivery; use its contact route to confirm the appropriate channel before treating a general message as a formal notice.

Other Complaints

The general Complaint Policy describes acknowledgment within 24 hours and a seven-business-day resolution goal, with longer investigations possible. Those complaint provisions are not a fixed deadline for every resemblance-removal request. Outcomes can include retaining compliant material, and a dissatisfied complainant may ask for escalation.
