Control over the AI stack
We use sovereignty to describe operating models on infrastructure we control rather than depending on a single outside model API. This gives us choices about model deployment, adaptation and replacement across conversations and creative media.
What that control does and does not mean
Control over deployment can reduce dependence on another provider's model availability or content policy. It does not, on its own, guarantee perfect responses, instant generations or uninterrupted access. Privacy depends on data handling and account choices as well as infrastructure.
Maintenance and continuity
Running models requires maintenance, capacity planning and incident response. Models can change and interruptions remain possible. A continuing character identity does not mean every underlying model or feature stays unchanged forever. Account terms, privacy choices and current feature documentation explain different parts of that relationship.
