Operator and Account
Cube Digital Media Ltd., an Irish company, owns Soulkyn. Registration options include Google, Discord or email and password. Account holders must protect their credentials and must not transfer or share account access with other people.
Adult Eligibility
Access is restricted to adults aged 18 or older; local adult-content access requirements also apply. Registration includes age confirmation. False age information breaches the service rules, and users remain responsible for observing local restrictions.
Use and Content Restrictions
Generated material must comply with the Blocked Content Policy. Its restrictions cover unlawful activity, sexual violence, incest, bestiality, content resembling minors, privacy violations and infringement of others' rights. AI generation does not remove the user's responsibility for the output or associated conduct.
Rights in Submissions
The Terms grant Soulkyn worldwide rights to use and sublicense submissions without royalties, on a perpetual, irrevocable and transferable basis. The operator does not claim ownership of originals but asserts ownership of modified derivatives. Consult the full license before sharing material.
Subscriptions and Refunds
Cancel recurring billing from the account's subscription-management page before renewal and check for email confirmation. An already-started cycle may still be charged. Cancellation does not automatically refund unused time. Paid subscriptions are generally nonrefundable, with limited error or technical exceptions and stronger applicable local protections.
Reports and Disputes
Complaints can lead to content removal, retention of compliant material, warnings or account restrictions. The separate Complaint Policy describes investigation, outcome notifications and escalation when the initial resolution is disputed.
