Connect through the account workflow
The documented connection starts in the Lovense app. After pairing the device there, use the code from your Soulkyn account settings. A manual code is available for desktop use; the documented link lasts four hours.
- Pair the device in the Lovense app.
- Use the Soulkyn connection code from your account settings.
- Open the intended chat and locate the device controls in its right-hand panel.
- Confirm the intended device before enabling the connection.
Know which thread is connected
The integration associates a chat thread with one device at a time, even when an account has more than one registered device. Check the selected thread when switching conversations.
Device control is not proof of a sensor connection back to the AI. The product documentation describes commands going to the device, not the character receiving physical sensor feedback.
Keep pairing details private
Treat a connection code as account-related information. Do not post it in a public forum or include it in an unredacted screenshot. Use the controls available in the account to end a connection you no longer need.
The device, companion account and conversation can have different permissions. Review them separately rather than assuming that permission to use a microphone also authorizes a device connection.
Isolate a connection problem
First establish whether the device works in its own app. Then check the account link and the selected chat. This separates a local pairing issue from a Soulkyn thread or account issue.
For support, describe the device, operating system and the stage that failed. Keep passwords, pairing codes and private conversation content out of the initial report. A precise failure description is more useful than a full transcript.
Connection troubleshooting Account privacy choicesQuestions and answers
Does Soulkyn have a Lovense integration?
Yes. The integration is documented by Soulkyn. Pairing in the Lovense app and linking the device to your Soulkyn account are separate from simply opening a Kyn conversation.
Can several registered devices control the same thread?
The documented setup can register several devices, but a chat thread selects one device at a time. Check the thread control panel when changing the selected device.
Does the Kyn receive sensor feedback?
The documentation describes one-way commands rather than physical sensor feedback entering the conversation. Do not infer a sensing capability from a device reacting to a chat.
