Understand private conversations
Chats are described as private, and a private Kyn is visible only to its owner. That visibility setting does not make a conversation a local-only file or establish end-to-end encryption.
The Privacy Notice explains account, conversation and usage-data processing and access by parties involved in operating the service. Avoid putting passwords, payment details, recovery codes or unnecessary identifying information into a character or conversation.
Review model-improvement consent
Training and model-improvement consent is managed in Account > User preferences. Review the choice associated with the account you are using rather than assuming that a setting on another account applies.
Changing a preference, deleting a thread and closing an account are different actions. If you need to exercise a privacy right, send a specific request through support.
Adult access still has boundaries
Soulkyn is for adults aged 18 and over. Character identity and appearance must meet adult-only requirements, including for private Kyns. A paid account is not exempt from content rules.
Use original fictional characters and review an imported profile before sharing it. Treat generated replies as fiction, not as verified professional advice or evidence about a real person.

Use a unique password where password access is involved, protect the provider account and never share sign-in links. Sign out on shared devices and review browser microphone permissions before using voice features.
Report an account or content concern with the affected profile or feature and a concise description. Share only the conversation excerpt needed to explain the issue, with unrelated personal details removed.

Is Soulkyn safe to use?
