Free messages and unlimited paid chat
Free chat is subject to a quota. Paid chat is described as unlimited, but that description remains subject to the service rules. Automated or abusive activity is not covered by an unlimited-use promise.
Read the account notice when a send fails. A usage message, a sign-in problem and a network failure should not all be treated as the same daily message cap.
Check the feature that uses the allowance
Sending text, creating an image and rendering a video do not consume one universal allowance. Deluxe media entitlements do not make video unrestricted.

Context is not a message counter
A conversation can remain open while an AI loses track of an older detail. That does not by itself mean the account has run out of messages.
Use a concise recap of the current setting and objective. When changing the character or its version, check the thread setup as well. Repeatedly adding conflicting instructions is unlikely to make a long conversation clearer.
Report the actual restriction
Record the feature, the account you used, the displayed notice and the time of the problem. Include a redacted screenshot if it helps show the message without exposing a conversation.
Check whether a render is still running before submitting it again. If a paid entitlement appears absent, verify the purchase account before upgrading a second time.

Are free Soulkyn messages unlimited?
No. Free use has quotas. The unlimited-chat description applies to paid access and should not be extended to every generator or to automated activity.
Does unlimited chat mean unlimited perfect memory?
No. Message entitlement and model context are different. The ability to send another message does not guarantee that every detail from a long thread remains active or is recalled correctly.
Why can video be limited when my chat is unlimited?
Video rendering is a separate feature with its own quota. An unlimited text-chat allowance does not remove that quota.
